2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase

- After 14 days, we do not provide refunds for the remaining portion of your annual subscription
3. Eligibility for Refunds

If our Services are unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our system failure (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
